Volunteering in Africa
Volunteering in the Roadmap for Africa Association is necessary and desirable, but one cannot become a volunteer without meeting the basic requirements.
A person who wants to become a volunteer should send a resume and motivation letter to the address volontiranje@putokazzaafriku.com. After an informational interview with some of the members of the Board, a decision is made to determine whether the candidate is suitable for the demanding role of a volunteer.
The future volunteer-traveler should create a vaccination booklet, which we call the “yellow booklet”, which confirms that the person has received all the necessary vaccines (against hepatitis A and B, yellow fever…) and that he is healthy and ready to travel to Africa.
People suffering from chronic diseases must not and cannot go on this trip.
A volunteer who has been selected to travel to Rwanda accesses the Whatsapp group. It contains all the necessary information, and you can also ask questions that will surely arise.
Volunteers are asked to read the “Questions and Answers” section of the Roadmap website or watch the video before asking questions, as most of the necessary information is found there.

Allow us to take you on a life-changing journey – a journey of humanity, help and hope for vulnerable children in the beautiful country of Rwanda, where their tiny lives face dire and devastating challenges every day. Together we can ensure a brighter future for them.
